Art in the Classroom (AIC)

Starry nightVolunteers present a 30-45 minute interactive art appreciation lesson in the classroom 3x/year. Ideally three parents would volunteer, each taking on one lesson. Script and slideshow are provided for volunteers to use, so you don’t need to be an art historian. For kindergarten classes, materials for lessons are available in the PTA closet. This is a wonderful learning opportunity for students and a great opportunity for parents to bring something special to their child’s class.

Below, please find links to the scripts and slideshows. Thank you to all parents who help us bring Art into the Class!
